Which company is better to join.

I hold two offers in hand GE healthcare and Softtek

GE Healthcare:

14.5L fixed + 10% incentive = 15L CTC. Hybrid Product based Junior Software Engineer role

Softtek:

16L fixed = CTC Hybrid + 2 shifts Cab facility door to door Service based Software engineer role.

My heart says GE but Softtek pays more, I'm confused. Please share your opinions.
