Which company is better? Learning as well as culture wise?

Zepto vs Kotak

Both base components are almost the same, on top of zepto is giving Esops while kotak is giving money across 4 years for that portion.

Which one is good? Culture, Learning wise?

I heard both are shit only, still will have to decide which one is less bad 😂.
