Which company is better for compensation and work Morgan Stanley or JP Morgan Chase ?

I have an experience of 3 years and I am currently working in Morgan Stanley. My fixed is 15.93 Lacs. My question is should I switch to JP Morgan or any equivalent company which is in Mumbai and what is the comp that they can offer for me ? I am a resident of Mumbai so I am searching of more opportunities as a SDE in Mumbai location. Any help would be really appreciated.
