Which company is better Accenture or TCS or Capgemini?

I have overall 10+ years experience in IT.. Can anyone please tell amongst Accenture, TCS, Capgemini which company has this projects, his work life balance, good for women, less pressure, good health environment, safe and secured will not move out easily.

Thank you..I have got offer from accenture, I was worried about the mentioned things. You gave his clarification in one line. TCS I worked for few years but couldn't find any growth ,CAPGEMINI was frustrating to me in my less experience in terms of company and inside project also.
With 10 years of experience it’ll be Capgemini. (About me - Woman who prioritises everything you mentioned in your post and has worked in all 3 organisations you mentioned above and regret leaving Capgemini)
Accenture and TCS are far better than Capgemini. Because I didn't feel they give respect to the employees. They make the employees to move out of company if they are not selected to the projects. Can’t switch the accounts also even if they had selected to other account project. It happened to one of our friend.
Accenture is best for women since their policies are good for women ....for work mostly depends on teams so it is bo different from others

Unfortunately it all depends on your project role and your lead, company can be any.
I was part of Capgemini , accenture and now in TCS, as per my understanding Accenture i better and i will not say best since each of them has their drawback. But i am trying to move back to accenture soon
