Which company is better?
I am a 6+ years of Data Engineer and I have offer from 2 companies LTIMindtree noida and Capgemini gurgaon which company is better in terms of growth and job security. please help.
Anyone has worked in these organisations can please suggest which one is better to join I need good work , wlb and better job security wise. Please help
I am at LTIMindtree as a Senior Data Engineer since past 2 yrs. Work is good. But few people with similar profile has got into projects which are not having project as good as mine. So if you get good project, then LTIMindtree is good

Smaller companies (manpower wise) have better growth prospects. You can have a wider range of responsibilities and therefore learning
Look for feedback on work culture within the team. Use LinkedIn reach out or find employees in your network. Work culture and satisfaction trumps pay and security
