Capco parent is Wipro....both are services and recently Accenture also not providing employee experience like before....I would suggest understanding the role for both company are providing also gather more info about the project

Which is good.
Not sure about Accenture they aren't relieving yet.

Based on the current company situation I would suggest you go with Capco...here gone those work ethics and professionalism..silly reasons will be documented with hr without knowing the employees...etc
