Which company has job stability

I have 4YOE, been in 3 companies (excl internship) One I left myself, and 2 due to layoffs(not due to performance).

Now I am looking for tenure in some company. What companies you know don't fire on whim?

You have a higher chance of cracking google than govt jobs unless you have a strong quota.

If you can justify the reason for change its not an issue usually. Depends how much the company wants to recruit you. As for companies with stability, I would say its none. Every company fires people some just do it in a sinister way so it does not get public attention like PIP (performance improvement plan).
