Which company can I switch from EY GDS as a tax consultant (compensation team)

Hi all, i have been working in EY GDS in Tax. I have completed my one year. Now, i am thinking to switch . Is it a good idea to swtich and if anyone could help for referrals it would be a great help

Currently in GDS Tax (AM position) - Got an offer from RSM. EY is ready to match the offer. Any suggestions if I should stay or leave ? Compensation was the only issue which they are ready to match, hence confused.

I'm looking for some referrals for a role in finance rather than just accounting which I currently have.
