Which companies pay well ?
I am currently working as SDE 1 in Amazon from 2 years. I have around 3 YOE. I do not see my manager vouching for my promotion. I am trying to switch companies. I cannot apply to Google for 1 year as I wasn’t selected even though my interviews went well. What other companies can I apply that pay equally well ?

As Sde1, your yearly TC would be around 28-30 at max.
At 3 yoe, you will get sde2 roles and any decent product based company/unicorn can pay more than your current TC.
