Which combination to choose: ReactJs + Java OR ReactJs +Golang OR ReactJs + Nodejs

I am Reactjs Developer and aspiring full stack developer, I have few months of working experience in Golang and Nodejs both. I want to become in Fullstack expert. Which combination I should choose from following options keeping demand, salary, competition, and remote opportunities in mind -

Reactjs + Java
Reactjs + Golang
Reactjs + Nodejs.

If you want best salary packages then React + Golang and React and Node is a natural fit since both are js. If you want to particularly focus on application development then React js plus java.
