Which city is better for living in Bengaluru or Hyderabad

Seeking advice from those who have already experienced living in these two cities. Currently I'm staying in hyderabad in my own apartment. I got an opportunity in Bengaluru with a 40% salary hike and will be working on the latest technology. I'm at the mid level in my career with my wife and my adorable daughter who is 1.5 yrs old. I'm confused now whether to accept this opportunity and move to BLR or stay here in hyderabad.

P.S- I'm in the semiconductor industry and hail from north India.
