Which Big 4 to join and WHY?

Having worked in Deloitte previously. I don't think Deloitte lives up to the hype they have created for themselves. They have shitty managers and even worse colleagues to work with. The leadership sucks and they have way too many biases. Your promotion or growth depends completely on buttering up the senior's asses.

Do not join EY India, if you can afford to! Extremely pathetic work culture!

KPMG for good people and culture and you get to work on variety of projects if you're into tech consulting you also get an on site opportunity. I am talking about KPMG global not India

I have worked in pwc. Wont go back there unless I really need to.

Before you join any of the Big 4, please confirm the entity you are joining. Most of them has 2/3 entities which are totally different from each other in aspects of salary/perks/wlb etc. Do your analysis beforehand.
