Which bank is Best for home loan
I am looking for a plot + construction and thinking to go for canara bank because they can give 75% house loan. But SBI give only 60%
Is it okay to go with Canara Bank?

Go with the bank that gives better overall terms, not just higher percentage. A 75% LTV from Canara Bank sounds attractive, but also compare interest rate, processing fee, prepayment charges, and how they release funds for construction (stage-wise disbursement matters a lot for plot + construction).
