Which are some rising countries?

Hey fam!

I have been working in India for 4 years now. I have a background in development and consultancy. I’m looking to move somewhere with:

1. Good air quality + overall livable weather (no harsh winters)

2. A growing startup scene (mainly tech)

3. Tech product companies HQ-ed there

4. A clear path to long-term or permanent residency

I have looked into Singapore and Malaysia and they look kinda okay-ish options.
