I think options are structured biased. Blinkit offers 247 service which is not given by zepto, blinkit offers custom services (such as printing) which is not offered by zepto. Correct framing would be
Blinkit: additional charges, 247 service, niche service
Zepto: no additional charge, limited hour service, slightly narrow range of services
