Which bank account is good for FD and not much penalty on early withdrawal?

Kotak gives 7% on the funds in Auto sweep

Pretty sure IndusInd has this @7.75 interest rate for 1 yr and above. I don't have an account with them, but did one via PayTM Payments Bank which uses IndusInd as a partner bank for Deposits.
