Whether increment is same in wings2 irrespective or aspired role chosen?
I met a guy today he said increment will be same for wings2 whether aspired role is technical architect either senior engineer. Can anyone please clarify whether it's true or not. I am preparing for technical architect and wanted.
I know increment is 6 lakh for ninja associate for senior engineer. Can Anyone please conform for technical architect increment for milestone 1??
Wings2 hike is not a standard number. It varies from person to person based on YOE, current grade, current CTC, aspired role.
(But senior engineer is an R1 role, Technical architect is an R2 role you can expect a little more)
Yes i thought so and started preparing for technical architect so just wanna confirm if anyone have cleared for tech architect how is increment in that compared to senior engineer
