Whether 1 or 2 days no show is fine in current situation for C2 salary above 18 lpa?

I've been purposely keeping 1-2 no shows every month in this FY and rest days in 3-5 slot. No issues so far with HR or Variable Pay. C2/ 9 YOE

Absolutely you can do that, make sure office attendance should be 85% and above , so 2 No shows is ok.
