Where yo apply for jobs?

Hi guys!

I have tried applying through LinkedIn easy connect but get no response from anybody. Where are you guys applying for jobs? And are you getting callbacks?

Easy apply is not a good way. Go to company career sites and apply there. A better option is to get referrals for each role you want to apply. An even better option is to connect with the hiring manager
