Where would you rather work?

I understand where you're coming.

Good culture isn't ONLY about recognition. That's the whole reason behind this poll. Want to understand if people are willing to work at a place where they don't feel appreciated but at the same time it doesn't drain their energy and they are at peace.

Same logic goes with my first option as well. Work is well recognised, but the place is toxic as hell.
