Where work pressure and work is more service based or product based companies?

Do u mean to say in product based no more work pressure but work in more?

In product based you are allocated a certain amount of work or rather you or your group own a module/ feature.
Now it's up to the individual what they want to work on , when they want to work on...

Person manages their own time, no-less micromanagement , no client calls to disturb, team themselves are motivated to do good stuff. No unnecessary leg pulling.
