Where to stay in Hyderabad.
I am shifting to Hyderabad with my wife. Which is good place to live near hitech city. With budget of 20k-22k . We were living in a gated society in 1bhk in Pune and couldn't find anything like that within budget in Kondapur. Can anyone suggest any good place . Thanks in advance

You can’t get 20k flat in gated society. First of all, 1 BHK itself won’t be available in those large apartments. 1 BHK is found only in smaller 3-4 floor independent buildings. But many times, there are single buildings too with guards.
2 BHK in good, well known gated society, can easily cost you upward of 35K. If you go little farther, may be 30K minimum. All this for HiTech and nearby (6-7 kms), areas.
If you are ok with independent buildings, with lift and camera etc, but not typical gated society, then may be you can find in about 30-35K range too, in nearby areas. All nearby areas- Madhapur, TelecomNagar, Whitefield aka AnjaiyaNagar, Gachibowli, Kondapur, SriRam Nagar…
Many Popular/famous gated societies also has rent going upward from 50k, so it all depends on how big and how popular the gated society is.
