Where to stay

Hi, I am getting married in December and am looking for a good area to rent a flat (2BHK). My company's office is near JP nagar, whereas my fiancee's office is in bellandur. What would be a good area for us to reside ? Preferably near her office. Budget: can go up to 35-40k. Assume that we'll both have mopeds then to commute.

Hsr layout would be good, hsr to bellandur would be 35 mins and hsr to jp nagar will be 35-40 mins as well

But before finalizing the house, I would suggest to do a test commute from your house to the offices on a Tuesday or Thursday. The condition on road is far worse than what google maps show

With the opening of double decker flyover , BTM would be most happening place to stay and to communicate both the side easily.
