Where to move next?

I am planning to resign from current company. But I am not sure where to go. As of now I am not making any saving. I need to get good salary to make some savings for future and family. Any suggestions guys?

Situation is too bad, absolutely zero savings for me even after 10yrs of working... My mistake I had to work in a company for 4-5yrs without any hikes. when I joined next company they gave 25% only. So now living with family and expense is too much...
