Where to go?

I have been working as Technical Support consultant for 1.5 yrs here at Adobe and in total I have 4 years of experience I want to leave support and transition to a future proof role which consists of good job opportunities and good compensation. I have been looking at courses related to AI & Ml but I don't have any prior experience with any programming language than Html and also I am not from CS or even engineering background I am a management graduate. Please suggest what should be my future course of action to achieve this or anything else that I could also check other than AI and Ml please suggest.
