Where to find good food in Bangalore?

I've been in Bangalore for about 1 year and am seriously surprised by the lack of amazing places to eat, given there are sooo many options, and so expensive in the name of "ambiance" and "niche". I would love to hear recommendations from everyone here, what places truly stuck with you? What places do you absolutely adore? I couldn't care less about the ambiance or price, all I want is good food. I love sweets, street food and some awesome non-veg (everything included).
