Where to find contractual jobs for tech

Context: 6 yoe. Been working full time since graduation but looking at contractual jobs now which lets me work for like 20 hours per week so that i can work on a side hustle idea. Anybody with experience of contractual jobs here ( maybe experience with Turing etc).
