Where to complain if HR behave badly?
Today I went for office and as usual i have done punch in punch out. After seing this hr starting shouting on me that it is totally not ethical. It is violation of TCS policy. I will complain head of HR department and bla bla.
Is really i break any tcs policy?

HR did the right thing, only punching in and punching out will only help them to kick you out from the job soon.
What is the minimum time I have to spend in office.
Is there mention anywhere in tcs policy. Or its just looking not good thats y you saying this. I just want to know the correct thing.
Wfh should be new normal now. Why TCS cant grasp it fully. What this company want ?
