Where to check the resignation documents in Ultimatix

Hi fellow TCSers,

The time has come for me to bid farewell to TCS after a long stay of 1 year and 10 months. I have received an email from my reporting manager confirming my Last Working Day (LWD) as the 15th of September.

Could anyone guide me on where to check this update in Ultimatix and how to access the related documents? Additionally, please suggest the documents I need to collect before my departure.
