Trending @Accenture; Where should my first switch be ?

I’m a fresher who joined accenture this year. I’ll be completing my 1 year soon. My tech stack is MERN and I’ve noticed I’m quite much more skilled than most seniors in coding aspect. I want to be making my switch soon as I complete 1 year , being quite confident that I would be able to crack interviews. Where should I switch ?
