Where should I register my startup? India or US?

Hi All, I’m about to register my startup which will likely operate in the SaaS software space. I will mostly build out of India but clients will be in both India and US

Go to BizFillings and you can register in Delaware. It’s straight forward, once registered you’ll apply for FEIN & then setup bank account.
