There is no job security anywhere in the modern workplace. The only security is skills & employability.

Keep your skills sharp and up to date with the market, and whenever things go wrong in one company, quickly find another job and move on to the next company. That's the only security that exists realistically.

Wrong, try to work in a product-based org and then u will realise. Service-based based have zero job security. Either you are multi-talented or have multiple skills.
