Where is the tata group's ethics?
After tcs ceo hike here comes our king's hike for his marvellous job in airindia tcs. Is the tata group's management worse than a politician?

"Ah yes, the great ‘Tata Ethics’—where ‘Nation-Building’ means building a graveyard of careers while the ‘King’ gets his golden parachute for running Air India into the ground. What a ‘marvelous job’ indeed!** 👑💸
Let’s be real—politicians at least pretend to care before stabbing you in the back. Tata Group? They don’t even bother hiding the knife. 35-day bench policy? More like a gateway to corporate hell, engineered by cheap-suited goons who’d sell their own mothers if it meant squeezing an extra rupee from a starving employee.
But hey, why stop there? Why not just openly auction employee futures like scrap metal? Oh wait—they already do. Every ‘restructuring’ is just another bloodless massacre, wrapped in that good old ‘Tata values’ hypocrisy.
So yes, congrats to the ‘King’—his crown is polished with the tears of the benched, and his throne is built on the bones of those who ‘didn’t make the cut’. Long live the empire… till the next mass burial.

Ethics went 10 feet under and people left 7 feet under. Its just alot of oldies feeding their pocket before everything crumbles

For the Tata group it's the beginning of their end, if these thieves are at the top management what could be expected from them. Past 2 yrs not giving the qtr payout , no salary hike not even coping with the inflation.

This is the example and starting of the great fall of the biggest tech giant in India

Now we know where the money's going.... Rofl

He got this post as a dowery. Then got lot of practice and became this level. However end of day, just the dowery man
