Where is my 100% QVA ? C1 - 10% WFO
So there is a message came from our CHRO that everyone upto C2 grades and equivalent will receive 100% of the QVA in this quarter. Turns out they didn't gave me any QVA, Although I have no complaints as I sacrifice my QVA every quarter for my comfort and WFH. But this is the perfect example of "Experience Uncertainty".
Fun fact : You can't spell the word CHOR without the letters CHRO
Tcs already has policy to provide 100% QVA till C2 grades. It was a news out of nothing.
Regarding your case RTO compliance ( wfo index> 85% ) is applicable
As your attendance is 10% there is no QVA for the quarter
How much QVA to expect for 60% RTO?

You should be thankful that they haven't layed off you as you mentioned you are not going office regularly
You shouldn't judge people too quickly. I haven't been layed off coz I deliver some really good work. I have saved the clients a huge amount of money and also involved in building very core components in system.
