Trending @Accenture; Where did it go wrong?

I am really frustrated and had to look back...

Definitely need to switch.

My technology is SAP MM and SD. If anyone has any good advice on switching, please help.

You joined after change in Accenture CEO, Accenture was awesome under Bill Green, and it's pathetic under Julie Sweet

My main reason to switch was because TCS was pathetic with pay. Accenture is slowly becoming a second TCS.

No promotion,they scammed.. They said.promotion and now suddenly removed from project now..

I joined TCS in June 2019 ,with same package. And joined Accenture at September 2023 with 9 lpa fix.and still in same package..(no hikes till now)

Sure. I will leave this company soon. And definitely should negotiate better. That time due to some personal issues I had to accept what was provided. Not anymore.

I think you switched with less hike, you should have demanded atleast 8 lpa to accenture

Hmm definitely agree. I had some personal issues at that time and accepted what I got. Should have tried better.
