Where can we buy and from when on the Jio Financial Service Limited share ?

I’m hoping that the Jio financial share can be bing potential for the future. And I don’t have any reliance share.

So where I can buy it and from when ? I thought it was July 20th and have been searching for it in Groww, Paytm Money, INDMoney everyday but I don’t find it or not sure how I can buy it online.
