Where can I find the 🍇 groups that I joined?

Trying to find the different group that I have joined. Also if someone can help me navigate where are the list of groups that I can join.

This was much easier in the older versions of Grapevine where this could be easily done through a tab at bottom. However, can’t find it on the current version.
