Where can i exactly find this working hours policy and variable pay dependency in my hr? I could see a document mentioning working for 9 hours per day bht didnt mention wfo?

Policy Hub has everything you need as an employee. There is a new policy introduced recently which states that employees have to work 45 hours per week in Office excluding lunch breaks. Hope this helps!
