Where and how to up-skill for career growth??

I know this question is weird but i dont have a clarity on it I am working in a product based company since 5 years as a java developer I haven’t switched yet but its time now because already layoffs has started when i look at the world, its going a head with AI and agents I am pretty sure that i got stuck in comfort zone these years and its time to step out Then Where should i start now go back to basics - DSA and system design for 3-4 months or start upskilling on AI?
