When you have salary 7lpa companies are ready to pay 15-20lpa almost 100% hike but when you are getting 20lpa why companies are not paying 40lpa that's 100% hike they always tell market is down or we have only this much budget because it's my story when I was working 7lpa in 2023 i got 16lpa offer almost 125% hike but when I am getting 17lpa now no one company paying 34lpa that's 100% hike for current 17lpa salary FYI I have 4 MNC companies offer all are told we will provide 20lpa not more than when asked atleast 50% 26lpa they told we don't have budget and now market is down and designation is DevOps Engineer yoe: 9 stack: Azure cloud
