Trending @Wipro; When would I get on the paper role of SME

Recently I completed 1 year in Wipro and I got moved to a different project in which I was made a SME and got a team of 12 people to lead. Currently I am on a B1 band and my role as per my offer letter is senior executive. When would I get the paper to describe my role as a lead or SME ?
