When would I get joining?

I've got an offer letter from TCS digital on July 13th. When would I probably get the joining? I'm receiving training sessions from ILP. Is it worth rejecting other joinings such as Techmahindra (3.25 lpa).

I got Techmahindra at Hyderabad, home town and I don't know about tcs digital location...

Then wait for the JL from TCS, as if Tech Mahindra give you hometown, it'll better. But if TCS also gives you Hyderabad then that'll be the best.
