When will they update Release letter?

My last working day in TCS was 11th April, and FFS was completed within 10 days or so.. but I still did not get my release letter and service certificate till now. It's been more than 3 months. I raised a ticket in Alumni portal 2 days back but no response from that. Can anyone tell when would we usually get release letter after FFS or after last working day?
