When will the market be up?

When can we expect the market to be up and we get the calls for hiring? Currently, hardly any interview calls are approached.

Oh, that's so long. I just want to understand how does this work. Do you know how the market will fluctuates?

Yes, market(US) started going down in dec2022-jan2023.
This is the time when lot of layoffs happened at Amazon, meta, Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.

The reason is simple, intrest rates for loans in US is not getting reduced to control inflation by FED. Hence there is less cashflow in US market, which leads to less revenue growth and less spending. To keep up with revenue growth, US companies started to do cost cutting (layoffs, hiring freeze, removing benifits, etc).

It is expected, FED will reduce the interest rates by NoV this year, which can be reflected in better hiring by Feb next year.
