Hi friends. I am planning to ask for a release from my current project . But waiting for the hike letter as release may impact my appraisal. My manager evaluation is completed. Still not able to see the band or comments in speed. Please let me know 🙏

Letters are released after the quarter results are announced. Last year C3b and above got 1 month after people up to c3a.
