When will tcs digital is permanent if I promoted from c1 to c2?

On C2 promotion digital incentives will be merged with ctc. Now policy has been changed to 4 years and depending on your project for C2. Although you will be eligible after 3 years, you need to check with you manager.

Promotion rules have changed now. Now it happens only after 4 years. Bandwise, I think we need consecutive A bands (I’m not too sure about this)
