When will promotion happen from c2 to c3A in tcs, any ideas?

Once the current situation gets sorted they will start working on this I guess. But it will take some time

Why should you lose your monthly pay ?

You may get a 15% increase in overall CTC, but end in losing more than 50% from QVA.
