Trending @Cognizant; When will I get promotion mail for July Cycle?

I've completed my 2 yrs in April and got 5 ratings. When I asked my manager he said he has completed everything from his side. But I haven't got any email as of now. When do yoy think we get Promotion emails for July cycle.

Also I've been RTO non compliant till last month as I had very big release coming up and my client network is shit in ofc. Do you guys think this will affect my promotion cycle?

Can't really say anything..I have seen people who had medical certificates approved by their heads been told that since rto compliance was not followed, they won't be promoted

The managers also are company’s naukar, they will keep saying same stuff - humne to apni side se sb Krdiya Chlo hum follow up lenge but they also do nothing
