Trending @Infosys; When will I get promoted to TL designation ?

Dear Friends, This December I will complete 7 years in Infosys. I joined as a SSE and got my role changed to TA after 2 years. Since then I did not get any promotion even though I am getting very good ratings from the past 4 years continuously. Please let me know when I can get promoted to TL and if promoted, what will be the hike approximately. My current CTC is 10LPA.

Most of the companies are toxic in india but still they pay as per their standard. Here in infosys they are not paying to employees whatever they deserve

Fear will not get you anywhere. Let's talk some sense

You are literally stuck in the same position from the last 4 years, bro around 3 years we get promoted to TL from TA.

You are not able to look outside because you have personal responsibility.
If infy management have not considered you for hike or promotion even after staying here for 7 years it's largely your fault.

Don't keep yourself in safe zone and clip your own wings.

Take the calculated risk and know your true worth.

Dear Friends, Thanks for your valuable suggestions. I know I am already in a bad situation but at the same time I am afraid of leaving Infy because, what if there is no job security in the new company? I have a loan emi and two children to take care of along with my wife and parents. I may sound funny but that's the fear I have.
