Trending @Accenture; When will I get Promote? 🥹
I'm about to complete 2 years at Level 11 in Aug'24. Can I expect the promotion? And what would be the hike percentage if I get promoted. Any inputs will be really helpful. Thanks
MAL does exist (atleast for the senior resources) recently i took an interview and while submitting thr feedback i was asked to update the MAL as well(Mandatory). So rhis impacts too.
MAL(Months at level) criteria no longer exist in Accenture now for level 11 and above. If you are ready to take the next position(when your manager feels like this 😀) then you will be promoted.
Promotion is not mandatory or linked to numbers in years. But do talk to your manager and get a sense check. Make your intentions clear if you want to get promoted and ask him to pursue the plan. Hike is again subjective since lower the salary, better the percentage.
